We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional spa experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service driven, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a steady-paced luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information about spa services, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.
- Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift cards accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, and policies to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Assist with retail sales, including recommending and processing purchases of skincare and wellness products.
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Communicate with spa providers and therapists to ensure smooth appointment flow.
- Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking retail products as needed.
- Support spa operational needs, such as preparing client intake forms and ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/wellness industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment..
- Cash-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred.
