We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable culinary experiences to our guests. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee our diverse food and beverage operations.

Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the resort, including our signature restaurant. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, considering seasonal availability and guest preferences.
  • Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination between all food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
