We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast and Lunch Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. The server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating new guests.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any specials or seasonal items.
- Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts to guests.
- Assist in cleaning and resetting tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Server.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
